Andrew Mathas works in representation theory and algebraic combinatorics. He has particular interests in symmetric groups, the Hecke algebras of Coxeter groups and complex reflection groups and in the KLR algebras. In Sage he has worked primarily on implementing and maintaining code for working with partitions, tableaux and their higher level analogues. He has also developed some core functionality.
