PyPi is a browsable database of eg. libraries that can be used/integrated in the official Python distributions (versions 2 and 3).
"PyPi" stands for "Python Package Index".
Though SageMath uses PyPi often for, say, a spkg, we do not have anything that is officially "SageMath".
