Goal: ANYONE should be able to easily and quickly contribute useful code to Sage.

In less than 15 minutes a completely unskilled person should be able to go to sagenb.org and edit the notebook code so that the file links to the source code page and upload a patch without leaving the notebook. The code should have a review within 12 hours of posting.

Anyone who can write Python code should be able to easily edit Sage. It should take days and hours not weeks and months to get code reviewed.

Step 1. Allow a user who's downloaded Sage onto his or her machine to run a test notebook (from the notebook) and edit the notebook code from the notebook.
